School memories, Key to gaiety
Life is an alluring novel, uncovering a new story with each chapter. One of the most important chapters that we never forget is our school life. School experiences have been different for different people, but one thing common amongst all the experiences is the enthusiasm to grow up. Everyone used to be so excited to pass to the next class then next then next. I was super excited to write with a pen in the fifth standard. We used to always look up to our parents and think one day we'll also grow up, go to the office and do other grown-ups stuff.
Every moment in school used to be fun, it's just that we realized it a bit later when life hit us hard. Sitting in the corner gossiping about crushes, trying to be Cupid and solve relationship problems. Who knew the problems we were trying to solve were stupid and forever at that time meant until college.
Bunking classes to prepare for annual functions, Independence day, Republic day was so much fun. I used to be in the Gourmet club of our school, so we used to bake cakes and cook other things for guests or to sell. We used to always steal chocolate syrup and have it with bread, it used to be so much thrilling.

In today's date, I can give up anything to go back to school and relive those moments once again, be scolded by teachers, bunk classes and sleep in medical room, steal each other's lunch, fight with friends over petty things like spilling water, taking my seat, writing on each other's bags, poking pencils and what not. I hope you also had a bit of nostalgic moment with me through this post.
